Kawa Of Care - Flipgrid

We have used Flipgrid with Whaea Tania to recap our learning of the Kawa Of Care. It was so much fun and we cannot wait to use Flipgrid again.

Pepeha & Waka

We have been learning our pepeha in preparation for Room 1 being on Taumata. We made pepeha booklets and displayed them on our wall for us to look at whenever we want to practice.







We also have loads of fun making our waka for our classroom during Art. We used symbols to represent ourselves and understand how we are all different but we can learn and grow together as a team.

We have been learning Kawa of Care in Room 1 - This means that we can responsibly use and look after our Chromebooks. We put this video together to show at our assembly in Week 7. We hope you enjoy watching it!

Challenges!

We love STEM challenges in Room 1! In these pictures you can see us working together to build the tallest  Lego tower.
